Individual Therapy
A safe space to be heard, understood and supported
I offer individual counselling sessions either face to face from my practice in Brockham or online, providing a safe and supportive space to explore whatever may be troubling you. We would usually begin with an 80-minute initial assessment session, followed by regular 50-minute sessions at the same time each week.
Who I work with
I work with adults aged 18 and over, supporting people across all stages of adulthood, including those in later life and into their eighties.
Whether you are facing a specific difficulty or simply feeling that something isn’t quite right, counselling can provide a supportive and confidential space to explore your experiences at your own pace.
Out of your vulnerabilities will come your strength
